The Pastoral Support Team
The Pastoral Team need to be fit, funny and full of enthusiasm. We
are a large, friendly team who constantly deal with a multitude of different
problems throughout the day. We are here to support staff, students and
parents endeavouring to do so promptly and with a smile.
Our ultimate goal is to keep children in school, in lessons and making
progress, however sometimes because we need to administer sanctions and
consequences it may not seem to the child as if we are being supportive; we
try to be truly inclusive.
